Sports Performance Training for high-level Athletes
Think Better. Move Better. Perform Better.
At Optimal Performance, we help athletes build strength, speed, power, confidence, and long-term athletic development through evidence-based performance training.
WHAT WE DEVELOP
Strength
Build the foundation for elite performance through periodized resistance training designed for force output.
Speed
Master linear and multidirectional acceleration and top-end mechanics to outpace the competition.
Power
Developing explosive force production and rate of force development through plyometrics and ballistic movements.
Mobility
Enhancing joint range of motion and functional flexibility to ensure safe movement and longevity.
Movement Skills
Improving coordination, agility, and efficient biomechanics across all planes of motion.
Injury Prevention
Science-backed protocols focus on tissue resilience and structural balance to keep athletes on the field.
Technique Development
Refining sport-specific and gym-specific mechanics to maximize effort and ensure technical mastery.
SEAN FLORES, B.S. KINESIOLOGY
The Architect of Athletic Excellence
Sean Flores, founder of Optimal Performance, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and is a qualified strength and conditioning coach. His mission is rooted in the precision of improving athletic performance through concentrated development of strength, speed, power, and movement quality. By integrating science-backed injury prevention protocols, Sean bridges the gap between raw talent and competitive dominance for athletes.
Dedicated to continuous growth in the field of human performance, Sean is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. This advanced academic path ensures that every athlete under his guidance benefits from the most current clinical insights and physiological expertise available in professional sports training today.
